Capt Joey  was born in Clinton, NC.  He has fished the local waters off the Wilmington and Topsail Beach coast since 1988.  He holds a US Coast Guard  25 ton Masters License and is also trained in First aid and CPR.  Joey specializes in Ledge fishing for Grouper and Snapper as well as light lining for kings and Mahi-Mahi.
